Meet your trainer
Justin brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and elite athletic performance to personal training. A Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing from RMIT (1995) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Critical Care Nursing (1997), Justin has spent over 30 years in Healthcare.
Holding Cert III & IV in Personal Training, he founded JMack Health to deliver evidence-based fitness coaching grounded in real physiology. An 11-time marathon finisher and competitive AusCycling member, Justin trains clients the way he trains himself — with discipline, precision and purpose.
